Trinifood.com accepts orders in 2 ways: credit card/PayPal/AmazonPay online payment; and by conventional mail using a personal cheque drawn on a US bank or US money order or bank draft.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover / Diners Club / JCB, American Express, PayPal and GoogleCheckout and AmazonPay.
All orders are processed the same day they are received. Your credit card is charged that same day and if an item is out of stock, the credit card will be credited for the amount of the item if it cannot be shipped out within two weeks or we may ship your order with a refund cheque for the item not shipped. Credit cards issued outside of the US may take an additional 2 days to be processed as additional verification may be necessary.
In-stock items ship within 3 business days from when your card is processed.
Orders shipped within the US and Canada are sent via FedEx. ALL overseas orders, including APOs and FPOs are shipped via (1) air-mail or (2) Priority mail. Typical US delivery times by FedEx Ground are 1 - 7 days depending on your location. Air mail has a standard delivery time of between 4 - 14 days while surface mail can take up to 9 weeks.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Any change made to your shipping address while your shipment is in transit will result in a $6 charge being placed on your credit card. This surcharge is being passed on from our shipping carrier to you.
If a UPS shipment is dispatched correctly by us and you are unable to receive or pick up this order due to your own personal circumstances and this order is returned to us, the following will apply:
If at this point, you decide to cancel your order, there is a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise in the order and shipping & handling charges are not refundable ( NO EXCEPTIONS).
If you decide to have your order re-shipped, new shipping charges will be applied and your credit card will be charged for this additional amount (no handling fees will apply).
If you add an item that is clearly marked "SPECIAL ORDER" or "ORDERED FROM DEALER ON DEMAND" to your cart along with other in-stock items, your entire order will be delayed until the special order item is procured andshipped. It is advisable to order these special times of items by themselves - use the 'Credit Card - BACKORDERED & SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS' method of payment. This will ensure that your credit card is not charged until these special order items ship.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE ON OUR SITE AS A COURTESY TO OUR CUSTOMERS BUT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO VARYING STOCK LEVELS AT OUR SUPPLIERS. WE ALSO RETAIN THE RIGHTS TO REFUSE THIS SERVICE TO ANY CUSTOMER!
All shipping charges for large orders of cases of beverages are estimated. If we need to ship your order in multiple boxes, at the discretion of the shipper, there may be a $3 surcharge per additional box. Any order with a ship weight of over 70lbs may also be charged $3 per additional box shipped.
Trinifood.com accepts returns for exchange or refund up to 15 days after the receipt of your order. This return policy is only applicable to unopened / unused items.
To return an item, please contact Trinifood.com to request an RMA. Your RMA reply will contain the address to return your items.

Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt of returned items. Depending upon the cycle of your credit card, your credit should appear on your next 1 or 2 statements.
